St. Matthew and St. Catherine of Siena Campus Apartments Overview

In 2014, Carroll College opened St. Matthew and St. Catherine of Siena student apartments, which function as year-round, independent-living rental options for Senior-and-above level students (Juniors are eligible to live in the apartments pending unit availability). The apartments come unfurnished, but wireless internet, electricity, garbage, sewer, water, and recycling are all included in the rent. Each apartment also includes spacious private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an unheated exterior storage closet (5’ x 6”) to store items such as bikes, snowboards, skis, etc. Laundry rooms can be found on the second floor of each building, and each unit also has a dedicated mailbox (for additional mail information, please see our Mail Services page).

Apartment contracts begin in late May and run through middle of May the following year, thereby allowing students to occupy their units continuously through the Summer and Winter Break periods  (should they so choose).
