Hunthausen Outstanding Service Award

Hunthausen Citizenship Award

Hunthausen Outstanding Service Award

This prestigious award for Community Service to deserving students who make outstanding contributions to the college or a community (Helena or other) has been a Carroll tradition since 1986. The award is named for Archbishop Raymond G. Hunthausen because of his commitment to peace and justice in his personal life and in his work with the Catholic Church.

The selection committee seeks those students who exhibit a sense of commitment to others, for the goal of assisting and giving to others from their own personal sense of unselfish service. All students are eligible.

Nominations from students, faculty, staff, and people from outside the college are encouraged.

Nomination form opens March 18, 2024. Deadline to submit nominations closed 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024.

Recipients will acknowledged at the Honors Convocation.

Sincerely,

Deidre Casey
