Transfer Award
Beginning Spring 2025, new transfer students qualify for a $2,000 per year Transfer Award. Students must be in good academic standing and enrolled full-time to retain the award. The award is offered for up to 4 consecutive full-time years. Receipt of athletic scholarships will reduce or may cancel this award.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
New transfer students may be eligible for a Carroll College Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship. Transfer students selected to Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, which recognizes outstanding academic achievement by students who attended community college are eligible for this scholarship. Dual enrollment high school students are not eligible. Students must indicate membership in Phi Theta Kappa on their transfer application for admission, they must be enrolled full-time and maintain good academic standing to receive this renewable scholarship. The Phi Theta Kappa award amount is $2,000 which is renewable for up to 4 consecutive full-time years. Students must be in good academic standing and be enrolled full-time to retain the award. Receipt of athletic scholarships will reduce or may cancel this award.
Employer Matching Grant Program
The Employer Matching Grant Program is a program that partners with an eligible part-time (3-9 credits) student's employer and Carroll College to assist in paying tuition costs.

Continue Your Collegiate Journey with Carroll
If you are thinking about continuing your college path elsewhere, please consider Carroll College for your next adventure! If you were accepted for admission to Carroll College in the Fall 2023 or 2024 and offered a freshmen merit scholarship and want to transfer to Carroll College, you will be allowed to keep the original merit aid offered rather than be considered for transfer merit IF you have completed 30 or less credits at your previous institution your freshman year and maintained a minimum 3.00 or higher cumulative GPA. All other aid offered the original year is forfeited and need-based aid will be determined based on the new year FAFSA.
