My husband and I created the Murray-Aalgaard Family Nursing Endowed Scholarship to express appreciation to Carroll College for the scholarship they extended to me way back in 1958 that helped make my dream of becoming a Registered Nurse come true. My nursing education programs, both diploma and baccalaureate at Carroll, were first-rate and prepared me well for my 30 year career in Nursing Administration at a 400 bed suburban hospital.
