Carroll's Single Sign-On system - What is it?
Okta, Carroll's single sign-on portal, allows you to log in just once and access Google Apps, Moodle, Office 365, Saints Student Account Center, Virtual Labs and more from a single menu.
To submit an online ticket for technology assistance, use the WebHelpDesk tile. If you have any issues that require more immediate attention, the Support Center in the St. Charles Hall Lobby is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you are logging in using your full @carroll.edu email address, just remove that and log in using your username as per the username prompt on the login page.
Okta can manage logins on mobile too - simply download the Okta Mobile app for either the iPad/iPhone or Android, and log in.
