Dr. John Rowley, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Carroll College. He received his Ph.D. from Ph.D. Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and he is the recipient of the Guido Bugni Professorship, making it possible to provide research opportunities to our students.
