Telehealth Medical Services
Carroll offers Uwill telehealth services, a platform specifically designed for college campuses. By signing up with a Carroll email, students can connect with licensed medical providers quickly and confidentially, free of charge, via their computer or mobile device through the UWill website. This service is available 24/7, every day of the year, allowing students to access care wherever they feel most comfortable whether that’s their room, a private space on or off campus, or the designated private room we’ve reserved in the Wellness Center.
To register and log in to Uwill, please click HERE and use your Carroll email. For more instructions on how to register, please follow the How to Book a Medical Consultation Guide. If you need additional help with registration or scheduling an appointment, please contact our team at the Wellness Center and we'd be happy to assist.
*We are currently without in-person medical staff, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I submit my wellness charges to my insurance?
Although individual office visits are included in the Health Center Fee charged on a semester basis, some lab tests and vaccinations may incur a charge. Students may pay these charges at the time of visit in the Wellness Center or ask to have them charged to their student account. In order for a student to submit these charges to their health insurance carrier they will need two pieces of information.
- A receipt either from the Wellness Center or a Statement of Account detailing the wellness center charge and corresponding payment made from the Business Office.
- A diagnostic code sheet from the Wellness Center which will have universally used codes describing the service provided and the charge.
In order for a student to submit these charges to a Health Savings Plan the student will have to go through submission to their health insurance first and then submit the Explanation of Benefits received from the insurance carrier to their Health Savings Plan.
