WhatIF Foods $1,000 Scholarship

We are WhatIF Foods, a company that is striving to bring sustainable agricultural practices to the world of convenient food. We are proud to begin offering scholarships to students in an attempt to help encourage the next generation of food/agricultural related professionals. 

 

SCHOLARSHIP SUMMARY

We are excited to announce our annual WhatIF Foods $1,000 scholarship, which is a fun and creatively demanding way for a student to receive $1,000 for school. Available to all college students enrolled in the following majors: culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, professional cooking, food science, life science, agriculture, or botany. We made this fun, so for students to apply; they submit 3 of their own MEMEs that are food related (details here). Our Company selects the best MEME based on creativity, originality, and hilarity, and then awards the creator the scholarship.

ELEGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Would you please share this with your students? Eligibility and application details are included below.

  • Applicants must be:
    • currently enrolled at an accredited 2-year college or 4-year university during the 2020-2021 academic year.
    • Students of the following majors are encouraged to apply: culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, professional cooking, food science, life science, agriculture, or botany.
    • Students with all GPAs are allowed to apply.
  • One student will be selected to receive $1,000 in scholarship funds based on the level of creativity, originality, and hilarity of their 3 submitted MEMEs.
  • Scholarship funds must be used to pay for qualified expenses, including tuition, books, and on/off-campus room and board for the 2020-2021 academic year.
  • To enter, applicants are encouraged to send their submission to apply@whatif-foods.school, along with a short bio about themselves including their name, college/university, expected year of graduation, and intended major.
  • The deadline for submissions is July 20, 2021. The student selected to receive the scholarship will be notified individually and announced on or around July 27, 2021.
