Amy Honchell
Amy Honchell is Carroll College’s Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs for the 2025-2026 academic year. In this role, she oversees the college’s academic departments and provides leadership in curriculum development, academic policies, academic program review, and assessment. She is a member of the President’s executive leadership team, serves as the staff liaison for the Board of Trustees Academic Affairs Committee, and serves on numerous faculty and college committees. Jessi Bennion

Jessi Bennion received her B.A. and MPA from the University of Montana and her Ph.D. from the University of Utah. She has taught courses in Political Science, including American National Government, Campaigns and Elections, Rural Politics, Media and Politics, Multicultural Politics, Public Policy Processes, Foundations of Public Administration, and more. Her Ph.D. is in American Government with an emphasis on behavioral politics. This means there is nothing more interesting to her than trying to understand why people believe and act the way they do about politics.

Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is an instructional designer, teacher, and trainer who has worked in education for fourteen years. She started in elementary schools and still holds a valid Washington State teaching certificate with endorsements to teach English Language Learners, English Language Arts, and Elementary Education.
