Tech Break, March 27th and 28th - Zotero Citation Manager!

Files organized in manila folders

On March 27th and 28th librarian, Collin Burkhart, and instructional technologist, Rachel Martin, will present three workshops on how faculty members can incorporate Zotero into their classes and research projects.

Zotero is a free software that saves and organizes resources, making it easier for students and faculty to find and cite books, articles, and resources. The Carroll College library regularly provides training on Zotero and other research support skills, as well as offering in-class set up assistance. The goal of this support is to help emerging scholars in their learning and professionalization. Students can set up their Zotero accounts to help them in their studies now and carry them forward to grad school and beyond.

This training is open to all faculty and staff. Please join us in the Sage Room in the library – times will be shared in an all-campus email. The same information will be presented three times.

This is topic two of three in the Spring Tech Break professional development series. In February, academic technology introduced the new Zoom AI companion and in April, academic technology director Dan Case will share about the latest developments in digital technology and classroom hearing support technology.
