Carroll College wishes to recognize your outstanding academic achievement. Join us for this exciting business casual event which will celebrate you as well as showcase our students, faculty, and campus.

Please RSVP by February 9, 2025 by registering online or by calling 406.447.4384. Space is limited for this event and will be based on registration. A waitlist will be instated if the event fills up before the RSVP deadline.

Essay Competition

Participants are invited to compete in an optional essay competition. You could earn an additional scholarship by submitting a written essay. You will receive your submission instructions via email once you are registered for the event.

Schedule of Events

The Scholarship Recognition Ceremony provides the opportunity to be honored for your academic achievements, receive your Carroll scholarship certificate, and visit the Carroll College campus. You will meet amazing current students, interact with outstanding faculty, and tour our beautiful campus. 

Schedule of Events – Sunday, February 16 

  • 9:00 am: Mass at the Cathedral (optional) 
  • 9:00 am: Campus Tour (optional) 
  • 10:00 am: Check-in/Social with faculty, staff, and President Cech 
  • 11:00 am: Welcome and Brunch 
  • 12:00 pm: Scholarship Ceremony 
  • 1:00 pm: Presidential Toast 
  • 1:15 pm: Essay Competition Winner Announcement 
  • 1:30/2:00 pm: Campus Tour or optional sessions with Financial Aid, Student Services, and/or Admissions 
  • 7:00 pm Mass at the Campus Chapel (optional)
