Mindtap skills training
MindTap is a program created by Beth Demmons, LCSW, Counselor, and Carroll Community Educator, Carroll College Wellness Center. Beth uses evidence-based research in the fields of mental health and wellness to enhance the skills and abilities of people navigating life. The program's objective is to survive and thrive in this environment and develop skills that remain with you as you face life’s challenges and strive to make the world a better place.
Mindtap skills training is offered every Tuesday through the end of the school year from 1:00 to 1:50 pm in the Maronick Room in the Upper Cube. All Carroll community members are invited to attend. Classes are created as stand-alone so that participants can pick and choose which training or presentations they wish to participate in. Find out more about the program.
This program meets every Tuesday throughout the 2024–2025 academic school year.
