About
Bubba Bartlett, a Community Health (now called Public Health) major from the class of 2011, spent his four years at Carroll working hard both in the classroom and on the football field. While he helped to produce two national NAIA championships (2007-11), he was also among the first graduates in the Health Sciences major.
“What I love about Carroll's Health Science program is its flexibility, empowering students to tailor their education to their unique career goals while staying nimble in the face of the ever-changing healthcare industry.”
Hired right after graduation, Bubba became a healthcare sales executive in the medical device industry, working with hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient clinics. He focuses on supply chain, capital improvement projects, and business service development. Recently, Bubba left the commercial side of healthcare to become a hospital administrator. He currently is the Chief Executive Officer of Benefis Missouri River Medical Center in Fort Benton, MT.
“Working in healthcare is both challenging and deeply fulfilling, as it allows you to contribute to better patient outcomes while being part of a team that’s bigger than yourself. Best of all, you can make a meaningful impact right here in Montana, serving your community and making a difference close to home.”
