The scholarship will grant three students a $1,000 scholarship each to be applied towards their tuition or other education-related expenses. Applicants must be enrolled or scheduled to enroll in an accredited academic institution (either as undergraduates or graduates) in the United States of America and have a GPA of at least 3.0.

In 2001, Farmers State Bank established a scholarship fund to assist qualifying high school seniors continue their education. Each year, a $10,000 scholarship has been awarded to a student from a participating high school in Darby, Hamilton, Corvallis, Victor, Stevensville, Florence and Missoula.
Eligibility Requirements:
The award is granted per year. Accepted into a U.S. university as an undergraduate or a school attendant.
