A Weekend of Reflection and Adventure - Freshman Retreat

On Friday, September 6, nearly 100 Carroll students headed out on Freshman Retreat Weekend at Legendary Lodge on Salmon Lake in the Seeley Swan Valley. Students were excited to get off campus for the weekend and come together for great meals, profound discussions, and new friendships in the midst of shared outdoor adventure and prayer.

Unforgettable weekend highlights included a mountaintop mass, time for silence and reflection (much needed, after a pretty action-packed first month at school!), late summer swimming and boating, a patio dance and sing-along bonfire under the stars, and great food with a kitchen headed up by Carroll's own Erin Butts, Travis Almquist, Dan and Kristy Case, and Coach Dan Pearson and his family.

Today, nearly 80 Carroll students and staff will head out to Legendary Lodge for Sophomore Retreat. Please keep these powerful weekends and all the students involved in your prayers!
