Get ready for our fourth annual Free Market: Reuse-a-Palooza! Is your room full of unwanted items that you would like to retire? Well, you're in luck!! Bring your unused items down to the Canine Center May 7-14 so they can find a new home that would love them instead of gathering dust underneath your messy bed! It's also a chance to do free shopping and claim new goodies!
This event is a free market, which means you can bring anything (not garbage!) and take anything in the designated area! This Free Market is a way to divert student "trash" away from the dumpster and into new homes for new use. This past year, we diverted 10,000 pounds from our local landfill.
The majority of the help needed will be from May 7-14! Once we confirm you as a volunteer, housing will be covered for on-campus students through May 15 (no expenses to you).
