Mindtap skills training

Mindtap skills training is offered every Tuesday through the end of April from 1:00 to 1:50 in the Lower Campus Center's Siena Room. All Carroll community members are invited to attend. Classes are created as stand-alone so that participants can pick and choose which training or presentations they wish to participate in.  Topics will be posted on the Carroll Wellness Webpage.  In addition, Mindful Practice and Mindful Minutes are available on the webpage and will be promoted throughout campus media channels at various times. This program meets every Tuesday throughout the 2023–2024 academic school year.
