1. What if I can’t remember my login/password?
Your login name is the email address you registered with. If you cannot remember your password, please contact Scott Knickerbocker, Assistant Director of Admission and Application Manager. You may reach him at sknicker -is-at- carroll -dot- edu or 1.800.992.3648 ext. 4387 or 406.447.4387.
2. How do I change my cookie settings?
In Internet Explorer (6.0), select the menu option Tools > Options. This will open a tabbed dialog box. Select the Privacy tab. Your privacy setting should be set no higher than Medium. If you continue to have problems, try setting it to Low while you complete the application.
In Firefox (1.0), click Tools > Options. This will open a dialog box for viewing and changing Firefox setting. Select the Privacy button on the left. View cookie settings by clicking on Cookies in the right area of the dialog box. Check the item labelled Allow sites to set cookies.

We have worked hard to make sure the online application works in as many browsers as possible. It should work on most of the latest versions of popular browsers for the PC and Mac including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera (Mac+PC) and Camino and Safari for the Mac.
