Q: How do I get to my award letter?
A: You will receive an e-mail when your financial aid award is complete. The letter will provide you with instructions to go online to http://www.carroll.edu/finaid/award/index.cc, and select Step 1 "Accepting or rejecting you financial aid."
Q: How long do I have to decide whether or not I want to accept my financial aid award?
A: Students are generally provided with two weeks to review and accept their financial aid award.
Q: Do I have to complete all six steps?
A: Students must complete only the steps that apply to them.
Q: Do I have to do the steps each time I view my award?
A: NO
Q: Do I have to qualify my award letter?
A: Only first-time students are requested to qualify their award letter.
Q: Can my financial aid award change?
A: Yes, if changes are made to the student's financial aid, a revised award letter is sent to FastAwards.
Q: I already accepted my letter online and I received a noticed I need to go online and accept my award again, why?
A: If you received notice that you need to go online to review you award, this means that revisions were made to your initial Financial Aid Award and the updated award was sent to FastAwards.
